This is the galvanized version of our most popular 20″ wide trench drain grates. It is typically used on an 18″ wide trench drain or 18″ wide catch basin. The larger openings plug less often making this grate ideal for the intake of large amounts of water. Typical uses are trench drains in highly corrosive environments such as loading docks, parking lots, parking garages, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and any other area where a high intake volume is required.
